How long will it take to get my order?

As all of our products are handmade, our production time is 4 weeks plus ship time. Shipping within the US takes approx. 3-5 business days and international shipping takes approx. 2-3 weeks.


Can I have my order rushed?

Due to the high volume of orders that we currently have, we are not offering rush orders at this time.


How do I make a change after I order?

If you need to make a size change on your order, you have 5 business days after the purchase date to do so. If you make a change AFTER the 5 business days, it will affect your ship date.


How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, you have 5 business days after the purchase date to do so for a full refund. If you need to cancel your order AFTER the 5 business days, there will be a $15 restocking fee subtracted from your refund.


I have not received my package, what can I do?

Bitsy Blossom is not responsible for any lost packages. If you have not received your package, you must contact your local Post Office with your tracking number for more information or to file a claim. If you would like to add insurance on your items, let us know before placing your order and we will add it to your shipping cost.


What is your return/exchange policy?

As our shoes are made to order specifically for your little one, we will NOT accept returns for refunds. However, if the item is damaged or defective in anyway due to Bitsy Blossom's error you may return the item and receive a full refund (less shipping cost and rush order fees). Because our shoes are made to order we DO NOT have shoes in stock. This is why it is important for proper measuring before placing your order.


If you need a different size, we will be happy to make the exchange which will include a $15 fee per pair. In addition the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL state and packaging. If we feel that they are NOT in a sellable state, we will not accept them for exchange or return. Please know that you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 60 days of the purchase date.

How do I measure my child's foot to determine sizing?

The best way to get an accurate measurement is to place the child's foot on a piece of paper and mark the big toe and heel. Then using a measuring tape, measure from heel to toe and add 1/4” for growth and wiggle room.


Do you accept custom orders?

Due to the high volume of orders that we currently have, we are not accepting custom orders at this time. However, you may mix and match styles and fabrics that are already in our shop.


How do I wash my item?

We do not recommend machine washing our products. To minimize stains, use scotch guard on the shoes before they are worn. To remove stains that do occur, we recommend spot washing.


Do you accept wholesale orders?

Due to the high volume of orders that we currently have, we are not accepting any new wholesale orders at this time. However, you can send us an email with your information and we will contact you once we begin accepting new orders.
